We operate a modern BRC certified 250 tpa dehydration plant in San Pablo and follow a 100% natural process which ensures gentle drying of fruit. No sugar or additives are added to our products.

We control all parameters of production: sourcing of fruit, drying process, packaging and forwarding process to port; allowing complete traceability.

For the storage and transport of the fruit, packs of vacuum sealed food grade guaranteed polyethylene bags are used.
